Q2. Where is your factory and how can I visit it?
Our factory is located in Dong Guan and Shenzhen city and welcomes to visit our factory any time you are in convenience.
Q3. How is the warranty?
We hold the tightened quality controlling from very the beginning to the end and aim at 100% error-free.
You can require after-sale customer service if there is any problem.
Q4. Do you offer any design services？
We do have design capabilities but the customer must approve and assume responsibility for the final design.
Please submit a fully defined product including all necessary prints, CAD models, specifications, etc. along with the estimated annual usage
Q5. What are your main working times?
Our working time is open from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm EST Monday through Friday.we could overtime if needed
Q6. How to get an accurate quotation?
A6: To give you a detailed quotation, we need below information
- Drawings(2D or 3D), photos, sketches or samples of products.
- Detailed sizes of products.
- The material of products.
- Surface treatment of products.
- Ordinary purchasing quantity.
Q7. Is there any MOQ required?
There is no MOQ required, but the price for the small quantity would be higher than the big quantity.
Q8. How long do you need to quote?
Usually, we will send a quotation within 8 hours after receiving the inquiry with all the necessary details.
Q9. What are your normal lead times?
Depending on the part complexity and capacity of our company typical lead times range from 4-8 weeks after receipt of order.
Q10. Can you expedite a project?
Absolutely! We understand that outside factors can play havoc on a timeline. Our precision machine shop is perfectly equipped to handle expedited projects. Additional fees may be incurred. We will do everything within our control to ensure your project can be completed within your deadline.
